This forum brought together an expert panel to learn about the journey to establish affirmative action, why it’s critical to achieving gender equality, and the difference between targets, quotas, and merit. 

Moderated by ELA CEO, Pamela Anderson with Tanja Kovac, CEO Gender Equity Victoria and former Executive Officer and National Convenor of EMILY’s List Australia, Candy Broad, Former Member of the Victorian Legislative Council, and Jenny Beacham, a former Labor state secretary and pioneer of ELA.
